Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 CUP flatten rice
  2. 1/2 cup matter
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. haldi pwdr, red chilli pwdr, salt as pr taste
  5. coriander leaves
  6. For chat
  7. 3 boiled aalu
  8. chopped (onion, tomato, green chilles,)
  9. 3 tbsp anar ke dane
  10. 1tsp pwdr sugar
  11. salt, chat msala, red chilli pwdr, bhuna
  12. jeera pwdr, pinch grm msala, according to the taste
  13. my speacial ingredient 1 cup bhujia

Instructions

  1. in kadai heat 2 tsp oil n saute jeera, boiled matter after 2 min add all seasoning n add washed n soaked rice. cover with lid for 2 min n mix some dhania patta
  2. for chat.... in a bowl mix all ingredients of of chat n keep aside
  3. when it serve... in a plate first take some poha then chat n thn my favorite ingredient bhujia
  4. drizzle more lemmon juice if u want... so happy cooking at all
