ABOUT Fried Indori Garadu RECIPE

Indori style garadu chaat is the famous street food which people love to have in winter season. Garadu Very easy to make and jiralu masala is the main ingredient for making the chaat taste superb.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Garadu 1 medium size
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Jiralu powder 2 tbsn
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Lemon juice 2 tpsn
  6. Coriander leaves handful

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin from the garadu slice them into round circles
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, slide in the garadu slices and fry them both side till brown in low flame.
  3. Remove the fried garadu and transfer it to a kitchen towel.
  4. To the hot fried garadu add the jiralu masala ,salt and lemon juic and mix it.Garnish with coriander Serve them hot
