Ingredients: half packet of hakka noodles; 1 tsp oil for boiling noodles; 1/2 tsp salt for boiling the noodles; 2 cup shredded cabbage; 1 cup shredded bell pepper and onoin; 2 tbsp carrot cut Julian; 3 tsp olive oil for tadka n 1 tsp for drizzling; 1 tbsp soya sauce; 2 tsp vinegar; 2 tbsp tomato sauce; 2 tsp garlic chilli sauce; salt as per taste; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1tsp black pepper

Children always demand road side dishes like noodles, pasta and so on. But I like to give them home made and hygienically prepared noodle so they will remain healthy . I used many vegetables inside to make this dish nutritious

Ingredients Serving: 4

half packet of hakka noodles
1 tsp oil for boiling noodles
1/2 tsp salt for boiling the noodles
2 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded bell pepper and onoin
2 tbsp carrot cut Julian
3 tsp olive oil for tadka n 1 tsp for drizzling
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp garlic chilli sauce
salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp black pepper

Instructions

Boil water, salt and oil in a large pan. add noodles and cook it till soft. now drain out all water and wash with running water so we stop cooking process of noodles
sprinkle 1 tsp oil and mix nicely with fingers
take a wok heat oil add all vegies. saute all vegies for 5 minutes
add salt, chilly powder, all sauces and noodles. mix with 2 folk and enjoy hot
