ABOUT Mix Vegetables Papad Samosa RECIPE

Samosa is a very famous and very tasty recipe and found all over India as tea time snacks.Every second person make it in it's different own style.We all knows that it's potato stuffing and most worst part is outer covering is made with fry maida which is really very unhealthy.Here I make samosa which is very healthy and tasty too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Filling,1 cup capsicum nicely chopped
  2. 1/2 cup carrot chopped
  3. 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  4. 1/4 cup grated cheese
  5. 1 boiled and mashed potato
  6. 1 onion nicely chopped
  7. 1 green chilli nicely chopped
  8. 3 garlic cloves nicely chopped
  9. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  10. 1/4 tsp roasted and crushed corriender seeds
  11. 1/4 tsp roasted and crushed fennel seeds
  12. 2 pinch of roasted and crushed carrom seeds
  13. 2 tsp lemon juice
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil for cooking and frying
  16. 4 optional flavour papad
  17. 2 tsp maida for make paste for stick

Instructions

  1. For Filling,Heat oil in pan add chopped garlic,after 10 sec add chopped onion.when colour change add chopped carrot,capsicum,green chilli and saute it.
  2. After a min add mashed potato, frozen peas,salt,roasted and crushed carom,fennel and coriander seeds,cook for 1 min and switch of gas.Now add lemon juice,fresh coriander and grated cheese and mix well.
  3. Take maida in a bowl add water and make paste for stick the edges
  4. Now cut the papad in half,take water in deep plate, dip a piece of papad when it will be soft,keep out from water carefully,
  5. Now fill with filling and seal the edges with maida paste
  6. Now heat oil and fry the papad samosa in low flame,it will be done very quickly. when one side is light brown in colour and crisp than flip it to cook other side.
  7. Like this prepare one by one and fry,do same with all.when all done serve it hot with sauce or chutney.
