ABOUT Vermicelli potato cutlet stuffed with sprouts RECIPE

Vermicelli or sevai are fine sev or noodles which were earlier made in everyone's home but now machine made sevai is readily available in the market. Vermicelli is made with wheat flour, maida or with semolina ,now most people prefer semolina vermicelli as it tastes good ,is light to digest.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mashed potato 1 cup
  2. Bread crums 1 /2cup
  3. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Salt as par tast
  5. Corn flour powder 1 1/2table spoon
  6. Roasted vermicilli 1 cup
  7. Sprouts 1/2cup
  8. Bread slice 5 numbers
  9. Chees 2 table spoon
  10. All purpose flour 1/2cup
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a boiled mashedvpotato in a plate
  2. Add corn flour powder
  3. Add bread crums salt red chilli powder.
  4. Mix all together and knead a dough.
  5. Make a small flatten tikkies.and keep aside.
  6. Take a bread dip into water and remove excess of water with the plam.
  7. Add sprouts and chees in bread and make a ball
  8. Take a tikki in plam stuffed the balls into tikki .
  9. Make all patis like this
  10. In another bowel add all purpose flour mix with water and make a smooth paste
  11. Dip a patis into smoot past and put into rosted vermicilli .
  12. Cover vermicelli with all sides.
  13. Heat oil and deep fry ..
  14. Fry untill it turns to golden brown.
  15. Serve hot potato vermicelli cutlet with green chuntny.
