This very delisious Thai street treat. Kids will love this.Its healty too.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For filling-
  2. Yellow mung dal 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Oil 1 tsp
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  7. For Dough
  8. Rice flour 1 cup
  9. All purpose flour 1 cup
  10. Mashed potato 2tbsp
  11. Hot water 4 tbsp
  12. Sugar 3 tbsp
  13. Salt 1/2tsp
  14. Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak yellow mung dal in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook mung dal in water till it cook completely.
  3. Add Sugar,oil,salt, vanilla extract.
  4. Stirring continuasly till mixture get nice texture.
  5. Make small balls of this mixture after cooling.
  6. In a bowl mix hot water,sugar and mashed potato.Make fine paste like mixture.
  7. For dough mix rice flour,all purpose flour,salt,hot water paste.
  8. Knead the dough with the help of little warm water.It should be same as the roti dough.
  9. Cover dough for 30 minutes.
  10. Make small ball of dough and place the mung ball on that.Close it properly.
  11. Roll each ball into the sesame seeds.
  12. Fry them in oil on medium heat.
