Roasted Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients to make Roasted Pumpkin Soup

  • Pumpkin 300 gms
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic pod 1
  • Salt and black pepper as per taste
  • Water 2 1/2 cups
  • Some cream and toasted pumpkin seeds for garnish

How to make Roasted Pumpkin Soup

  1. Brush a little oil and sprinkle salt on the pumpkin.
  2. Place it in the oven along with onion, garlic and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Roast the pumpkin and onion for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Remove the pulp and blend all the ingredients with a hand mixer.
