ABOUT 3 Ingredients Fish Fry RECIPE

An easy peasy fish fry recipe which can be had just like an appetizer, side dish or can even add in curries. This fish fry is very delicious for adding in dal and for making fish curry.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady fish - 500 gms medium size
  2. Turmeric - 1 tbsp
  3. Chilly powder - 2 tbsps
  4. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, chilly powder and season with salt.
  3. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot, drop the fishes and fry on medium heat till till golden and crisp.
