Spicy Mutton pieces coated well with Indian spices. Extremely simple recipe & can be put together in no time

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. Onions 5-6
  3. Tomatoes 5-6
  4. Green chillies 2-3
  5. Fresh coriander
  6. Turmeric 1tsp
  7. Coriander powder 2tsp
  8. Red chill powder 2 tsp
  9. Homemade garam mask a 1 tsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Clean the Mutton well & try to get rid of the fat if any
  2. Cut onions tomatoes green chillies medium chopped
  3. Put all dry masalas mentioned in ingredients along with salt n chopped fresh coriander. Mix well all together in a plate/bowl n keep it aside
  4. Put oil in pressure cooker add the above mixture or masala prepared. Put half mixture then put Mutton pieces then add rest of the masala prepared on top of it. Cover the lid
  5. Turn on the gas n let it cook till 2 to 3 whistles n then keep on low flame for 10 mins and switch it off.
  6. Keep sautéing till the Mutton is dry on medium heat. It will take about 7 to 8 mins Should be nicely roasted n brownish in color.
  7. Once the Mutton is dry sprinkle fresh coriander. Serve hot with naan/chapati/rumali roti
