Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Valarai keerai/ brahmi leaves- 1 cup(cleaned well)
  2. Grated coconut-1\3 cup
  3. Tomato-1
  4. Onion-1
  5. Green chilly-2
  6. Garlic pods-3
  7. Salt- to taste
  8. Oil- 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the ends of the stalk and clean the leaves well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, and green chilly.saute till the onion becomes translucent.Then add chopped tomato and green.Saute till raw smell of the leaves goes.
  3. Then add grated coconut and switch off.Saute the coconut in the heat the dwells there.
  4. Cool it and grind it to a fine paste with salt to a fine paste.Add little water if needed.
  5. Serve with idli/ dosa or just mix with rice and eat it.
