How To Make Ragi Chocolate Shake
I tried many versions of porridge to feed my kids especially with ragi/ finger millet, every time they would have just two or three spoons. But when I served this shake the whole glass was consumed within seconds.

Ingredients to make Ragi Chocolate Shake
- 2 tbsp Ragi flour
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 scoops Chocolate ice cream
- 3 cups Chilled milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps to make Ragi Chocolate Shake
- Whisk the 1/2 cup water with the Ragi flour and cocoa powder together in a sauce pan. Heat the saucepan on a medium flame.
- The mixture will begin to thicken, using a whisk keep stirring it occasionally. Turn off the flame, transfer to a plate and let it cool completely.
- Blend with chilled milk, vanilla extract, sugar, ice cream and the cooled ragi - chocolate mixture until well combined. Pour in glass and enjoy chilled.
