Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh spinach 1 bunch
  2. Paneer(cut into pieces)-1cup
  3. Onions-2-3
  4. Tomatoes-3-4
  5. Ginger-1piece small(pieces)
  6. Green chilli-2-3
  7. Garam masala -1/4teaspoon
  8. Turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder-1/4 teaspoon
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. Desi ghee-1tablespoon
  12. Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash & Boil spinach then blend spinach into mixer grinder.
  2. Heat Desi ghee in a pan .
  3. Put green mirchi ,ginger,garlic in it.
  4. Saughte onions till its colour changes.
  5. Then put tomatoes & saughte it for 1-2 min.
  6. Put cumin powder,coriander powder ,turmeric ,red chilli powder,salt & pander.
  7. Keep Palak paneer for boil.
  8. Garnish it with coriander.
