Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 21/2 cup blanched and drained Spinach
  2. 1 cup blanched and drained Methi (fengrueek leaves)
  3. 1 cup Boiled Peas
  4. 1 boiled and peeled Potato
  5. 3/4 cup peanuts powder or as required
  6. 1 cup Cilantro Leaves
  7. 1/4 tbsp cumin seed
  8. 3/4 tbsp salt (or according to taste)
  9. 1-2 green chili
  10. A small piece of ginger
  11. 1/4 tbsp Coriander Powder
  12. 1/4 tbsp Mango powder
  13. A pinch of Hing ( Asafoetida )
  14. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil . Add cumin seed and hing. When cumin seeds cracks , add roughly chopped green chili and ginger. Stir for few seconds. Add Spinach, Fengrueek leaves, Methi, Potato, peas and Spices. Stir for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the gas. Cool it down for few minutes. Blend the mixture in a blender and make a fine paste
  3. Add peanut powder. Mix well.
  4. Take some oil on the palm and make balls and press gently
  5. Heat the pan or skillet (Tawa). Place the Kabab on the skillet on medium heat. Put some oil on the Kababs. Cook it for some time (3-4 minutes approx ) then turn them .
  6. Turn again and again until kabab become golden brown and crispy. Kababs should be cook on medium gas. (it will take 15 -18 minutes approximately)
  7. (Sprinkle some chaat masala on the kababs ...It increase the taste) (optional) Enjoy these Kababs with green chutneys.
