Bajra roti

Ingredients to make Bajra roti

  • millet flour (bajra) 450 grams
  • butter 30 grams
  • boiling water 1.5 cups
  • salt to taste

How to make Bajra roti

  1. Sieve the flour. Add salt and a little bit of oil and mix well. Add hot water over the dough and mix well and prepare a stiff dough. Use a spoon to mix the dough well.
  2. Divide the Dough into small balls to make separate rotis
  3. Heat oil in a pan . Place the roti on the pan. Cook both the sides over a low flame till its cooked through

I tried but I was not able to make roti by belan. Its like maize flour. :(
