ABOUT Hariyali tempered Rotis RECIPE

It is tasty n filling recipe which can be prepared from leftover or fresh cooked chapatis.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coriander leaves about 100 gms
  2. Green chillies 5 to 6 nos
  3. Garlic cloves about 8 to 10
  4. Salt to tate
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder half spoon
  7. Red chilli pwd 1 tsp
  8. Coriander pwd 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves in chopper.
  2. Do not make paste just keep it coarse.
  3. Now add oil in deep pot,add this chutney.
  4. Saute for few seconds and all dry masalas and salt.
  5. When aroma realeases add a glass of water.
  6. When it comes to boil add rotis cut into pieces.
  7. Boil it for few mins.
  8. Add lemon juice n switch of the gas.
  9. Serve hot with sev n lemon.
