About Morning Sunshine Juice Recipe

This Vegetable juice is very good fr ur skin & hair. You can hv this before breakfast or in the evening. It increases ur haemoglobin levels . It gives you a bright complexion too What more would you ask for?

Morning Sunshine Juice

Ingredients to make Morning Sunshine Juice

  • Boiled beetroot 1/2 (small)
  • cucumber half piece
  • Awla 2 pieces
  • carrot 1 small
  • tomato 1 small
  • pomegranate 1 small bowl
  • tulsi leaves few and Mint Leaves few
  • rock salt to taste

How to make Morning Sunshine Juice

  1. Grind above mentioned ingredients in mixer with enough water. You can keep consistency as u like. Do not strain it as fibre in all vegetables will clear ur gut.
  2. Add rock salt. Garnish with beetroot & mint leaves.

My Tip:

It's best to have it in the mornings before breakfast.
