ABOUT Stove Top Swiss Roll RECIPE

Many of us, think that it is very hard to make swiss rolls at home. But its time to change that mind. Making a fluffy swiss rolls in a frying pan are quite easier than that of making a soft moist cake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 2 tbsp honey or Sugar
  3. A pinch of salt
  4. 4 tbsp plain flour
  5. 1/4 tsp of vanilla essence
  6. Filling: 3 tbsp strawberry conserve or strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. BEAT 2 EGGS FOR 30 SECONDS UNTIL FOAMY
  2. ADD 2 TBSP HONEY, BEAT ON HIGH SPEED TILL DOUBLE IN VOLUME
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE & 4 TBSP FLOUR, BEAT
  4. POUR & SPREAD BATTER IN A NON- STICK PAN
  5. COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 7-8 MINS
  6. PLACE ON CLING FILM
  7. SPREAD 3 TBSP STRAWBERRY CONSERVE, ROLL IT, REFRIGERATE FOR 5-10 MINS
  8. CUT & SERVE
