ABOUT Palak gathiya RECIPE

Basically gathiya made from besan i added palak puree to make it healthy and gave a little twist it can be have with tea or coffee

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup refined oil
  4. 1/2 cup palak puree
  5. 1 tsp carrom seeda
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. All ingredients
  2. Palak puree
  3. Take a big pan add milk oil soda and black pepper and blend with blender
  4. Now take big plate add besan palak puree carom seeds and salt and make a soft dough with help of this blended milk
  5. Dough should be soft
  6. Add oil in kadai in medium flame
  7. Now fill this dough in machine
  8. Put this design plate
  9. Now make gathiya like this
  10. Fry all gathiya in oil in low flame
  11. Now strain from oil and serve
