normally we have yellow gram flour khandvi this I tried with spinach puree and stuffed maggi inside khandvi and rolled up believe me it turned out so tasty was finished off, I always love to try little healthy version and this was my innovation which is hit at my place

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maggi 1packet
  2. gram flour 1cup
  3. curd 1cup
  4. water 2cups
  5. salt as per taste
  6. spinach leaves 2cup
  7. sesame seeds 1 tsp
  8. curry leaves 6-7
  9. rai 1 tsp
  10. oil 1tsp

Instructions

  1. mix curd and gram flour (besan) whisk it
  2. add 1cup water
  3. again whisk it
  4. there should be no lumps
  5. add other cup of water too
  6. add salt,green chilly
  7. blanch spinach and make puree
  8. make maggi as per instructions on pack
  9. in a deep pan add gram flour mixture
  10. keep on stirring constantly
  11. otherwise lumbs Will be formed
  12. we want lumbs free texture
  13. when it becomes like dough
  14. add spinach puree
  15. again stir it and let cook for 5-7 minutes
  16. or till it again become like dough
  17. switch off flame
  18. spread on greased plate
  19. give cuts
  20. at start keep some cooked Maggi
  21. roll it gently and tightly
  22. make all the rolls
  23. in small pan add oil
  24. let it become warm
  25. add rai,sesame seeds and curry leaves
  26. spread on khandvi
  27. khandvi is ready
