  1. Salt
  2. 1tbsp red chilli
  3. 1 tbsp dhaniya
  4. oil to fry
  5. Potato 5 -6
  6. 1 tbsp haldi

Instructions

  1. DEEP FRY 5-6 DICED POTATOES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD SALT, 1 TBSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA, AMCHUR, RED CHILLI, TURMERIC
  3. MIX & SERVE HOT
