  • Coffee - 1 part
  • Steamed Milk - 1 part
  • Instant Coffee - a pinch for garnish

How to make Cafe France (Cafe Au Lait)

  1. Prepare your filter coffee using freshly ground coffee. Measure 1/2 cup.
  2. Boil the milk and whisk using an electric hand blender. Whisk till the milk turns frothy.
  3. Take the coffee cup, add in warm water. Throw that away, add in coffee followed by frothy milk. Stir gently.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of coffee before serving hot.
My Tip: Add sugar in the milk if using any.
