Veg kebabs - deep fried crunchy from outside and soft, melt in mouth from inside

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup green peas
  2. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  3. 4 Mint leaves
  4. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  5. 1/2 kg Spinach, blanched and pureed
  6. 1 big potato, boiled and grated
  7. 125 gm cottage cheese grated
  8. 1 inch grated ginger
  9. 4 green chilies
  10. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  13. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  14. 2 tsp corn flour
  15. 2 tsp roasted gram flour
  16. Salt to taste
  17. oil for frying
  18. Skewers

Instructions

  1. Grind green peas,chilies,cilantro and mint to form coarse paste
  2. In a bowl, add grated paneer,potatoes,pureed spinach,ground paste ,salt,coriander powder,garam masala,ginger,corn flour, gram flour and 1/4 cup bread crumbs mix well and now roll mixture on barbecue stick (skewers)
  3. Spread the remaining bread crumb on a plate and roll the kabab on it
  4. Refrigerate Kebabs for 1/2 hour and then deep fry it,remove it from oil and sprinkle chat masala on it .Serve hot with green chutney or sauce .
