ABOUT Moringa Mint Iced Tea RECIPE

A healthy and refreshing drink to beat the heat. Moringa is good for health. Its a good way to include it in your diet.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  3. 1-2 tsp moringa powder
  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 2 tbsp honey or any sweetener of your choice
  6. 1/4 tsp rock salt
  7. 7-8 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mint leaves and water in a blender. Process till the leaves are crushed completely.
  2. Strain the mint water or leave as-is
  3. Add moringa powder, honey, lemon juice and salt to mint water
  4. Process for a few seconds so that the moringa powder gets blended completely.
  5. Pour to serving glass, Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs or add ice-cubes and serve immediately.
