Ingredients to make ROTI CHURMA LADOO

  • 6 wheat Rotis
  • 4 tbsp jaggery or Gud
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • Chopped almonds

How to make ROTI CHURMA LADOO

  1. Tear the rotis into small pieces and blend it coarsely along with cardamoms.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped almonds and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add jaggery and stir it till it melts
  4. Add the roti churma; mix well and cook it on low flame for a minute or so.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool down slightly.
  6. Roll the mixture between palms to make ladoos.

My Tip:

I made a coarse powder but you can make a slightly fine powder if making for kids.
