ABOUT ROTI CHURMA LADOO RECIPE

Quick fix recipe for churma ladoos using wheat rotis. This recipe might bring back childhood memories for many when our mothers used to make these yummy ladoos from leftover rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 6 Wheat Rotis
  2. 4 tbsp Jaggery or Gud
  3. 2 Cardamoms
  4. 2 tsp Ghee
  5. Chopped Almonds

Instructions

  1. Tear the rotis into small pieces and blend it coarsely along with cardamoms.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped almonds and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add jaggery and stir it till it melts
  4. Add the roti churma; mix well and cook it on low flame for a minute or so.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool down slightly.
  6. Roll the mixture between palms to make ladoos.
