Ingredients to make chicken manchurian rice

  • Chicken boneless -1 medium sized bowl(15 nos)
  • Pepper powder - 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
  • Red colour - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour - 1 smal bowl
  • Soya sauce - 3tbsp
  • Green chilly sauce - 3tbsp
  • Green chillies - 4cut into slant wise
  • Beans chopped - 1bowl (150gms)
  • Carrot chopped - 1 - 1 1/2 bowl
  • Spring onion chopped - 150gms
  • Ginger finely chopped - 1small bowl
  • Garlic finely chopped - 1small bowl
  • Rice cooked - 1glass
  • turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Ajinomotto - a pinch
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2tsp

How to make chicken manchurian rice

  1. Boil chicken around 5 medium sized with salt, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Drain excess of water and shred the chicken.
  2. In another bowl add chicken add cornflour, 1tsp of soya sauce, red colour, a pinch salt n keep for 10min and fry the chicken.
  3. In a wok add oil add chopped veggies saute well. Add cooked rice, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1tbsp of green chilly sauce, a pinch of ajinomotto and pepper powde, toss well n set aside.
  4. In another wok, heat oil add chopped ginger garlic n spring onions saute well then add fried chicken add Colour add soya sauce 1tsp add green chilly sauce 1tsp salt as per taste and add cornstarch mix well the consistency of gravy should not be too thick off the flame.
  5. Take a plate add rice on it and garnish with spring leaves, serve hot.

My Tip:

You can also prepare two colour manchuria i.e red n one without adding colour. you can even try out veg manchurian
