Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. spring onion (Green Part) - 1 cup
  2. Chicken leg - 4
  3. Coriander leaf chopped - 1 cup
  4. Green Capsicum -1 cup(chopped)
  5. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  6. Garlic- 4 cloves
  7. cumin -1/2 spoon
  8. coriander seeds-1/2 spoon
  9. vinegar - 2 tsp
  10. Jaggery - 1 tsp
  11. Spring onion- 1 Cup
  12. Green Chili- 2
  13. Salt- as per taste
  14. ketchup - 2 tsp
  15. Mustered oil- 4 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and Dry fry all the ingredient( green part of spring onion,green chili, coriander seeds, coriander leafs,capsicum,cumin,ginger & garlic).
  2. In a blender add the dry fry items and add vinegar,jaggery,salt. Blend it in a smooth past add water if required.
  3. Heat a pan add mustered oil then add spring onion. fry it still little soften then add chicken legs and fry together in medium flame for 3 mins.
  4. when the chicken get little golden add the green paste we made earlier. Mix it with the chicken evenly. And add salt for taste.Cook it for 5 min stir in between.
  5. Add Little water to make gravy. Put lid on and cook it for more 5 mins or still the chicken is cooked properly.
  6. Dry up the water and add ketchup at the end . Mix it properly .
  7. serve hot with any bread your choice,
