Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup spinach leaves
  2. 1 chilled and sliced very ripe large banana
  3. 1-2 tbsp Nuts (Cashews/walnuts/Almonds) of your choice
  4. 1 cup Chilled Soy/Almond/ low fat milk
  5. 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse, clean and roughly chop spinach leaves
  2. Blend all ingredients together and make a smooth smoothie. Serve immediately or Refrigerate and serve
