Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Eggs - 4
  2. Gram flour - 1 1/4 cup
  3. Rice flour - 1 cup
  4. Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Cooking soda - 1/4 tsp
  7. Oil for deep fry
  8. 1 Onion chopped
  9. 4 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter with gram four, rice flour, chili powder ,cooking soda and salt.
  2. Heat oil to deep fry. Dip the whole egg into the batter and fry till crisp and light brown.
  3. Drain it on kitchen paper. Cut into half . And garnish with finely chopped onion and coriander leaves. Serve warm
