Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big bunch spinach- finely chopped
  2. 4 eggs separated
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Pepper as per taste
  5. FOR THE SPREAD
  6. 400 gm hung curd
  7. 2 pods garlic
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites
  2. Chop the spinach very finely.Mix the spinach yolks and salt and pepper
  3. Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form
  4. Gently fold the egg whites with the spinach mixture
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 min. Allow to cool slightly
  6. FOR THE SPREAD : Take mortal and pestle and crush the garlic along with olive oil till its smooth
  7. Mix this with the hung curd and season with salt and pepper
  8. Apply the spread on spinach cake and roll very gently
  9. Cut the rolls and sprinkle little chili powder and garlic flakes on top. Serve

Can I use butter in the place of olive oil?
