Ingredients to make Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of pitted, diced and frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup of cold yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of strawberry jam
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 2-3 cubes of ice

How to make Strawberry Smoothie

  1. In a blender, add the yogurt, jam and milk. Drop in the strawberries and ice cubes. Puree until its smooth.
  2. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

You could use honey to sweeten up the smoothie as its a healthier option. I have used strawberry jam because it helps enhance the taste of strawberry as well as the colour of the smoothie. Do not use over fermented yogurt else your smoothie might taste tangy. It is always good to have the smoothies fresh.
