Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 hard boiled eggs
  2. 4tbsp posto (poppy seed paste)
  3. 2tbsp charmogoj (melon seed paste)
  4. 4 to 5 cloves
  5. 2 medium sized onion ground to paste
  6. 2 finely chopped green chilies
  7. 2 tbsp grated raisins
  8. 1/2 tsp sugar
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  10. 4 tbsp refined oil
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in non stick pan
  2. Fry the eggs adding little salt and turmeric powder. Keep them aside.
  3. Add the cloves to the same pan. Saute for few seconds Add onion paste and fry till the oil becomes visible.
  4. Add salt and sugar. Mix well
  5. Now add the fried eggs and mix until eggs are coated well with masala
  6. Add the posto and charmogoj paste and mix
  7. Sprinkle the grated raisins and chopped green chilies.
  8. Posto dimbo is ready to be served.

Can I use olive oil in the place of refined oil?
