Spicy Corn Capsicum masala

Ingredients to make Spicy Corn Capsicum masala

  • Sweet Corn -250 gms
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chillies- 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp (optional)
  • Oil- 2 tbsp

How to make Spicy Corn Capsicum masala

  1. Boil sweet corn in a pan, strain and keep aside.
  2. Chop all the vegetables into long but thin layers
  3. Take a pan and drizzle oil on it.
  4. Heat oil, add onions and capsicums in it and stir till onions turn to light golden color.
  5. Now add tomatoes and green chillies in it. Let it cook for 5 minutes
  6. Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it and keep stirring
  7. Now add sweet corn in it and let it be cook for 5 minutes more
My Tip: Serve it as a snack or with chapatis.
