Easy and convenient to do, also much more saucier and flavourful than a regular burger patty!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500gms Minced Chicken/Mutton
  2. 1 medium Onion, chopped
  3. 1 medium Capsicum, chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  5. 2 tsp Brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tbsp Yellow mustard sauce
  8. 2 tsp Vinegar
  9. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  10. Salt and black pepper to taste
  11. 2 tbsp olive oil
  12. 4 Hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic and onion and saute. Next add in the mince and capsicum and let the chicken mince brown up.
  3. Stir in the mustard, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, adding water as required till mince is well cooked.
  4. Slice bun, spoon the ready mince filling and serve with some salad and fries on the side.

nice but can i use soya granules except chiken
