Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cups maize flour
  2. 2 cups chopped fenugreek leaves
  3. 2 green chilies finely chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tsp carom seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , add maize flour, methi leaves, green chili, salt, carom seeds with luke warm water. Knead to tight dough
  2. Heat tawa. Make roti on greased polythene or foil with wet palms.
  3. Flip foil over tawa. After a minute, remove the foil
  4. Cook over medium heat on both sides with desi ghee.
  5. Serve with butter or dahi.
