Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dal 1 cup
  2. Eno 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Sugar 1/4 tsp
  5. Refined oil 2 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  7. Curry leaves 8-10

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 3 hours
  2. Grind dal to a smooth paste
  3. Add salt and oil. Mix well
  4. Add eno to the batter and mix well
  5. Pour the batter in a greased dish
  6. Steam for 15 minutes
  7. In a pan heat remaining oil
  8. Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves
  9. Add seasoning to cooked Dhokla. Slice and serve
