Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small bunch of fenugreek leaves
  2. 2 carrots finely chopped
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. jeera/cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Separate methi/fenugreek leaves from stem and finely chop
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
  3. Add methi leaves and carrot. Mix well
  4. Add spice powders and mix
  5. Cook over high flame until methi leaves wilt and dry
  6. Reduce heat to medium and cook until carrots are tender stirring occasionally
  7. Serve hot with chapati
