Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beetroot juice 1 cup
  2. All purpose flour 2 cup
  3. Crumbled tofu 125 gm
  4. Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  5. Grated cabbage 1/4 cup
  6. Finely chopped Capsicum 1/8 cup
  7. 1 big onion finely chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala 1/8 teaspoon
  11. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, Add salt and beetroot juice to flour
  2. Knead soft dough
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Saute onions until translucent
  5. Add all veggies.Saute for 5 minutes over medium heat
  6. Add crumbled tofu and spices. Mix well
  7. Keep it aside to cool
  8. Make 30-35 balls from dough. Roll into thin puris
  9. Add 1/4 tsp stuffing a centre and shape into desired momo shape
  10. Steam in momos maker until done
  11. Serve hot with schezwan sauce or momo chutney
