its a very healthy vegetarian dish full of iron and protein

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Small bunch of fresh spinach washed and cleaned/or 300 grams of spinach leaves
  2. 200 grams cottage cheese/ paneer
  3. two small onions
  4. two medium tomatoes
  5. salt as per taste
  6. turmeric powder ine fourth teaspoon
  7. garam masala one fourth teaspoon
  8. oil two tablespoons
  9. cumin seeds half teaspoon

Instructions

  1. wash drain all water and chop spinach finely
  2. Chop tomatoes and onions fine and keep
  3. heat a pan add oil
  4. add half teaspoon cumin seeds and ket them crackle
  5. now add onions and fry them till light golden in colour
  6. add tomatoes and all the spices fry till oil starts leaving the onions and tomato
  7. add chopped spinach and cook for five minutes without water
  8. add crumbled cottage cheese/paneer and cook for two more minutes
  9. enjoy hot with a chapati or any bread of your choice ir steamed rice
