ABOUT Cocktail Crunch RECIPE

It is fusion dish of bhajiya and salads by adding spinach pulp.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong Dal 1 cup
  2. Chopped spinach 1 cup
  3. Garlic ginger chili paste 1 tablespoon
  4. Chopped onion 1 cup
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  6. Sooji 2 tablespoon
  7. Besan as required
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  12. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Grind moong dal,spinach,garlic ginger chilli to smooth paste
  2. Add besan, water and sooji. Mix well to form smooth batter
  3. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well
  4. Add chopped onions and baking soda. Mix well
  5. Heat oil in a pan, drop spoonful of batter. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Serve hot
  6. Drain excess oil on kitchen towel. Serve hot
