It is a healthy dish which can be prepared easily for kidd lunch

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  2. Dry red chilies 2
  3. Channa dal 1 Tablespoon
  4. Curry leaves 1 cup
  5. 2 Cups Cooked rice
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast curry leaves until crisp. Allow to cool and grind it to a fine powder
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Splutter mustard seeds. Add dry red chilies, chana dal and fry until golden brown
  3. Add cooked rice and the curry leaves powder. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Serve hot
