Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Puff pastry sheet Thawed 2
  2. Oil 2 tbsp
  3. Icing sugar 2 Tbsp
  4. Heavy whipping cream 200 ml
  5. Milk 1/4 cup
  6. Sugar 4 tbsp
  7. Cone shape mold - as required

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING CREAM ROLL.
  2. GREASE THE MOLD WITH LITTLE OIL.
  3. DUST THE SURFACE WITH LITTLE FLOUR AND ROLL THE PASTRY SHEET.
  4. CUT THE DOUGH INTO LONG STRIPS.
  5. WRAP THE DOUGH STRIP AROUND THE CONE MOLD .
  6. PREPARE ALL THE CONES AND REFRIGERATE FOR 20 MINUTES.
  7. BRUSH THE CONES WITH MILK .
  8. SPRINKLE LITTLE SUGAR ON THE CONES
  9. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 -15 MINUTES AT 180 *C.
  10. COOL CONES COMPLETELY ON WIRE RACK
  11. GENTLY REMOVE THE CONE MOLDS
  12. WHIP CREAM AND BLEND ON LOW SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES.
  13. ADD ICING SUGAR AND BLEND UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM
  14. FILL THE WHIPPED CREAM IN THE PIPING BAG AND CUT THE FRONT PART.
  15. FILL CREAM IN THE PREPARED ROLLS.
  16. SERVE ROLLS
