Paneer Lababdaar

Ingredients to make Paneer Lababdaar

  • Paneer - 250 gms
  • Amul Fresh Cream - 100 gms
  • Onions- 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Garlic - 6 pieces
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala / shahi paneer masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil for stir fry
  • Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Lababdaar

  1. Chop all the vegetables and make pure of onions, tomatoes, green chilli and ginger and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan and pour oil to heat. Then put garlic pieces in it and let it be golden color.
  3. Now add puree in it and let it be cooked for at least 10 minutes, can cover it with lid also.
  4. Now add salt and turmeric powder in it and cook for 2 minutes more
  5. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and shahi paneer masala in it and cook it for 2 minutes more. Add cream in it and keep stirring.
  6. At last add paneer chunks in it and cover with lid to let it be cooked for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with paneer and capsicum or coriander leaves.
My Tip: You can add kasoori methi at last for more flavor.
