ABOUT Choco Lava Cake RECIPE

it is very yummy and my mother's favorite

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups
  2. Castor sugar 1 cup
  3. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  4. Baking soda 1 tbsp
  5. Butter 1 cup, room temperature
  6. Bournvita 1/2 cup
  7. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  8. Eggs - 3 (1 cup yogurt for veg version)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl
  2. Gradually add sugar and whisk until fluffy
  3. Add butter and blend until pale and fluffy
  4. Add cocoa powder , bournvita , baking soda and mix well
  5. Add vanilla essence and mix until well combined
  6. Gradually add flour and mix well. Pour batter in prepared cake tin
  7. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven at 200
  8. While still warm, sprinkle little powdered sugar on top of cake and serve
