this is one of my favorite,generally kids don't want to eat healthy leafy vegetables,and pav bhaji is one of kids favorite dish,so I innovated this recipe,it's really awesome in taste ,you can eat this bhaji with pavs,khakras breads and Parathas too,moreover its very easy to make so come lets give try to this haryali bhaji

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1bunch spinach ,blanched and pureed
  2. 250 gms raw tomatoes finely chopped
  3. 250 gms potatoe
  4. 100 gms green peas
  5. 100 gms cauliflower florets
  6. 2tsp corriander powder
  7. 1 tsp haldi powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1capsicum finely chopped
  10. 2tbsp butter
  11. 1onion chopped
  12. 1tbsp garlic
  13. 1tbspgreen chilli paste
  14. 2tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. pressure cook potato,peas and cauliflower
  2. in other pan add butter
  3. add garlic and chiily paste
  4. add onions and cook for two minutes
  5. add capsicum
  6. add tomatoes
  7. add salt to taste
  8. cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minute
  9. mash tomatoe with masher
  10. mash potatoes too with masher
  11. add potatoe to tomatoe
  12. add water if needed
  13. add pav bhaji masala
  14. add dry corriander powder
  15. cook for 5 minutes
  16. add lemon juice
  17. mix and add extra butter
  18. serve with pav and breads
