Besan ka ladoo

Ingredients to make Besan ka ladoo

  • 2 cups besan
  • 1/2 cup ghee( add more if required)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar/khaand/boora

How to make Besan ka ladoo

  1. Dry roast besan in a pan on slow flame for 10-12 minutes till golden brown Melt ghee and keep aside
  2. Add melted ghee to besan and continue roasting for 2-3 minutes more
  3. Besan would start to give nice fragrance and will start releasing ghee. Switch off flame
  4. Remove pan from stove and add powdered sugar to it. Mix well
  5. Let it cool down to room temperature
  6. Make small or medium size ladoo and store in air tight container
