IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD CHOPPED SPRING ONION (GREEN) AND SLICED ONION BULBS.
ADD SALT AND RUB THE SALT OVER SPRING ONIONS USING FINGERTIPS AND PALM.
ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES, MINCED GARLIC, GARAM MASALA, HING AND CUMIN SEEDS. MIX WELL. COVER, KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES.
SLOWLY ADD GRAM FLOUR AND MIX WELL
IF REQUIRED ADD MORE GRAM FLOUR AND MIX WELL
DROP SPOONFUL OF MIXTURE IN HOT OIL . FRY OVER LOW MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP FROM BOTH THE SIDES.
DRAIN EXCESS OIL FROM PAKORAS ON KITCHEN TOWEL. SERVE WARM
