Beetroot Soup

Ingredients to make Beetroot Soup

  • tomato - 2
  • Beetroot - 2
  • carrot - 1
  • onion - 1
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • cream - 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Beetroot Soup

  1. Pressure cook tomato, beetroot and carrot in 1 cup water for 2 whistles on high flame
  2. Make paste of onion. Let tomato carrot cool down and then grind it and make puree and strain it well
  3. Now heat butter in pan,add onion paste. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and black pepper powder
  4. Add tomato carrot beetroot Puree to it and mix well
  5. Let it boil and then lower the flame. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
  6. Serve in bowls and garnish with cream
