Dark Choclate Cake

Ingredients to make Dark Choclate Cake

  • 1 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup refined oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • milk as required

How to make Dark Choclate Cake

  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Then, add in the oil and curd and stir to combine these ingredients well together.
  3. Pour in milk to make a smooth consistency batter.
  4. Microwave this cake on high for 5 minutes or more.
  5. Once cooked, let it cool and then demould it. Cut in slices and serve to enjoy!

My Tip:

I have decorated this cake with melted chocolate.
