About Choclate Cake Recipe

I have made this cake using condensed milk.

Choclate Cake

Ingredients to make Choclate Cake

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (meetha soda)
  • 4 tbsp butter/oil
  • Half tin condensed milk
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk or as required

How to make Choclate Cake

  1. Sift the maida, baking powder and baking soda together.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar together till it is light and fluffy. Then add in condensed milk and cocoa powder, stir and combine these ingredients well together.
  3. Gradually add in the flour mixture and milk to form a batter of flowing consistency.
  4. Bake this cake in the microwave for 7 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool down and demould this cake.
  5. Decorate this cake with melted chocolate and sugar sprinklers then cut in slices and serve.
