Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rawa or sooji 200 gm
  2. Green Chili 4
  3. Coriander leaves 150 gm
  4. Butter 8 tbsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  6. Urad dal 2 tbsp
  7. Curry leaves 10
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind coriander , green chili, Cumin seeds to form smooth paste
  2. Heat butter in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal and saute until golden brown
  3. Add curry leaves and stir fry for few seconds
  4. Add rawa and roast over low flame for 6 minutes
  5. Add 1.5 cups boiling water to rawa and mix well until rawa is lump free
  6. Stir continuously until water has evaporated. Add chutney and mix well
  7. Serve warm
